COLUMBIA PA 17512 NEWS
Not only is this a potential hazard, IT'S UGLY!!!!And beautifully placed within the historic district.
Who cares about the historic district. At least the meters work and make sense.
Is this horrible looking piece of crap permanent?
I have seen similar ones, albeit on a smaller scale at various locations throughout the borough. Some are placed where they present a tripping hazard. Unsightly and dangerous.
Same thing exists on union st . 500 block @ laundermat. And in the 200 block of cherry near corner of cherry and third.
I think it looks nice
Good, a call can be placed to UGI and maybe one can be placed in front of your property.
These things are un acceptable and Columbia needs to put their foot down..I have refused to let UGI PUT AN UGLY METER IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE!!!It's them that lost a customer.I went to pellets and i am saving money....
Huge one at the corner of 3rd and Cherry as well
UGI SHOULD be banned from doing any and all business in the Boro. Yes its ugly, looks unsafe and to finish it off they NEVER fix the street right. they are ALL over town these past 2 years trying to make a tremendous amount of money and no they do not care at what expense it is to the residients and owners of the properties.
Nah, I'd rather have gas than oil or electric. I don't care what the meters look like. This isn't Colonial Williamsburg. To hell with the stupid historic district. Bring on the meters!
Of course,,, lol I bet your street scape is PRETTY
