About town

Some recent photos from around town . . .

At Columbia River Park, this bicyclist tried to ride across the water-covered ramp to the dock - unsuccessfully.

Sometimes a sidewalk is just a living room - and pedestrians have to walk in the street or take another route.

  1. Walk on the street or take another route....I think not. I will walk straight through their inconsiderate action.

  4. There's no ordinance that obstructs the free flow of pedestrian traffic on a sidewalk other than "loitering".

  5. These people that are in the last picture do move if someone is walking on the sidewalk. And they are not loitering at all. Some of the people live where they are sitting at and the others we're visiting. What is it now a crime to sit out front of the place you live. And did u even ask if it was okay from the people sitting in the picture to have the picture taken

  7. You are required to remove snow from sidewalks so pedestrians can pass, how is this obstruction any different?
